Since 2021, MIG has been a trusted service provider and strategic partner for the Egyptian-German Centre for Jobs, Migration and Reintegration (EGC), managed by GIZ Egypt. Together, we actively support the presidential initiative “Life Saving Boats” by providing comprehensive guidance on the labor market.

Transforming Healthcare Mobility
The German healthcare sector demands highly qualified, culturally adaptable professionals. In collaboration with our German partner Signite, we have launched a pioneering program specifically designed for nurses and healthcare assistants living in Egypt.
Targeted Curriculum: Equipping medical professionals with the exact linguistic and cultural tools needed to excel in German hospitals and care facilities.
National Expansion: Successfully introduced at several Egyptian universities, this initiative is rapidly expanding to become one of the largest, most reliable nursing mobility programs in Egypt and the broader Arab region.

MIG’s expertise in labor migration governance is recognized beyond Egypt’s borders. In December 2025, MIG Innovation Group delivered a highly specialized training program in Jordan, in cooperation with HTU Amman.
Attended by staff from GIZ and various Jordanian public authorities, the training addressed critical topics such as legal migration pathways to Germany, qualification recognition, and advisory practices for skilled workers, directly responding to the demands of the regional labor market.
