Introduction

Welcome to MIG Innovation Group. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and your registration for our language courses and official examinations. By registering for an exam or course with us, you expressly agree to be bound by the following policies. Please read them carefully.

1. Exam Registration & Identity Verification

  • Valid Passport Requirement: Upon registering for an exam, the student is strictly required to provide a valid passport.
  • Name Matching & Certificate Issuance: Official certificates are issued only once. Therefore, we ensure the student’s name is written in Latin letters exactly as it appears on their passport. The student bears full responsibility for ensuring that the name provided in the registration form matches their passport perfectly. Any discrepancies may result in the invalidation of the certificate.
  • Full Certificate Requirements: A complete, full-level certificate can only be obtained if the student successfully passes all four modules of the exam at the same test center within a period of one year.

2. Exam Scheduling & Communication

  • No Rescheduling: Once the official exam invitation has been dispatched to the student, no requests to change or postpone the exam date will be accepted under any circumstances.
  • Email Responsibilities: Exam invitations and crucial instructions are sent via the registered email address. If a student ignores, misses, or fails to read the sent invitation, MIG Innovation Group bears no responsibility or liability for their absence or missed information.

3. Examination Results & Certificates

  • Processing Time: Test results and the issuance of official certificates generally take up to five (5) weeks after the examination date.
  • Delays: Please note that delays may occur due to external processing by international examination boards. MIG Innovation Group is not responsible for any such delays.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Strictly Non-Refundable: All booking and registration fees for examinations are final. The applicant cannot withdraw their application or request a refund of the booking amount. There are absolutely no exceptions to this clause.

5. Exam Day Rules & Conduct

To ensure a fair and highly secure testing environment, all candidates must strictly adhere to the following rules on the day of the exam:

  1. Mandatory Identification: The student must bring their valid, original passport on the day of the exam. Failure to present a valid passport will result in immediate denial of entry to the examination room.
  2. Strict Punctuality: Late arrivals will not be tolerated. If a student arrives after the exam has officially started, they will not be permitted to enter the exam room and will forfeit their exam fee.
  3. Prohibited Items: It is strictly forbidden to bring mobile phones, electronic devices, or any personal belongings into the examination rooms or the preparation rooms.
  4. Student Preparedness: Registering for the exam constitutes a formal declaration by the student that they are fully aware of the exam methodology. This includes understanding how the exam is conducted, the strict time limits allocated for each section, and the skills and speed required to pass all stages efficiently. MIG Innovation Group is not responsible for any consequences arising from a student’s failure to adequately prepare themselves for the exam format under any circumstances.

6. General Provisions

MIG Innovation Group reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on this page and will be effective immediately upon posting. By continuing to use our services after any changes are made, you accept the new Terms and Conditions.
